You'd need to tell people why this is a "wrong kit" in order for them to delete it from the database, this and the kit above are different box tops than all the other 1/48 Monogram kits.

Besides that, "Hasegawa-Monogram" kits were a perfectly legitimate series of kits back then, they released Monogram kits in Hasegawa-Monogram boxes before they released their own versions of some kits. (for example, the Hasegawa-Monogram F-4J and F-4C kits that were released just a few years before Hasegawa released the "modular F-4 Series" of Blue Box kits,,,,,,,,,leasing molds is a common deal in this hobby)

oh, and as I have been trying to get people to understand for the last 4 weeks, just because someone has never seen a kit doesn't mean it never existed as a release, and just because someone has a kit doesn't mean that specific boxing is supposed to replace every other boxing. Identifying the differences in "the same kit tooling in different releases" is what this site is all about, that is why there are timelines in the first place

There's many different boxings and releases floating around in various parts of the world, I've been collecting kits for over 30 years and see things i've never seen before turn up at swap n sells and on the worldwide garage sale... Ebay all the time. Some items may get re-released after 10 or 20 years with little change. Or some like Hasegawa's "limited edition" aircraft get a new box and decal options nearly every year. That is what makes this hobby interesting, I'm always on the lookout for something rare to add to the collection. I blame the internet now for not having time to make everything in my collection. I wish people would only add or make changes if you can identify something 100% but if things appear to be doubles "tag" the item and let scalemates check. 🙂

What I meant was to remove this kits from my completed list. Not from the data base. There should be an easier way to do this. Thanks Gary

Attention someone that has the "remove posts" capability. Now that we know what Gary meant, these posts could be removed from this kit's page,,,,,,and from the page of the other kit he posted about.
