Can anyone confirm/deny that this is just a re-boxed/re-numbered release of Fly No. 72014 1:72 Avrocar VZ-9 please? (I feel a con coming on!!!). Thanks 🙂

I just bought this kit and compared it to photos of the older release. Everything looks identical, including the sprues, resin parts, decals and even the instruction sheet. It looks like a very nice kit.

Thank you Magnus, I suspected as much - can you put the link in please? Yes, they are all quite nice models of a very unusual subject (and some with some highly esoteric 'racing' markings!). I think Fly may have increased the RRP for a new box/kit number though! Either way, enjoy the build! 👍 🙂

I compared my kit to the photos in this review: modellversium.de/kit/artikel.php?id=9720
The only difference is that the plastic has a light beige color in my kit. The painting instructions on the back of the box are also the same.
